- The papers discussing the overwhelming evidence Viking 1 and 2 found martian life multiple times in two (all) places looked in 1976 and alternate theories were eliminated by temperature and cycle testing as well as the circadian cycles later discovered in reexamination of the original data. http://www.gillevin.com/mars.htm 14 comments space
- The Viking landers 1 and 2 life experiments also showed a circadian rthym of 24 ish hours advancing at 2.5 minutes per day as sunset decreased with the season on mars. This lines up nicely with today's Curiosity mars methane seasonality announcement and is further evidence of both being life. http://www.gillevin.com/mars/reprint119-miller-straat-levin-final_files/reprint119-miller-straat-levin-final.htm 17 comments space
- Just a reminder that the "new" Curiousity discoveries of signs of life on mars where already teased out of the Viking lander data from 1976 in studies on the data done since 1980. http://www.gillevin.com/mars.htm 12 comments space
- Mars Viking life detection experiment designer files Freedom of Information Request with NASA to force disclosure of more recent, unreleased Curiosity data and images supporting the fact that life on Mars was discovered in 1976 http://www.gillevin.com/mars/nasa-jpl_final_foia_response_%28amended%29.pdf 121 comments space
