- Gimp has a layer effects plugin that may come in handy to improve vector logos made in Inkscape. Export a SVG color fill to Gimp and then apply "GEGL Effects" with thousands of text styling options. - I figured out how to make Freeze Text and Effects automatically in Gimp's GEGL but they are too complex to turn into filter plugins. They require my Edge Extract and Custom Bevel plugin to work and the Graph for anyone to use them is on Gimp Chat. - I ported Gimp's existing python-fu Fog Filter to GEGL. Unfortunately, I had to make a tough decision to make it work on large vertical images and users have to manually input pixel size if the image is over 2048x1536.
